Exhaust Valve Housing Recondition
High corrosion, fretting and metal burns occurred inside the exhaust valve housing in some engine models due to defective gasket or metal seal contact surface defects. To avoid such situations you must renew the gasket/ re-filling of the contact faces and machining of welded area back to original dimensions. Extreme precautions is taken in order to maintain material’s structure and homogeneity. Before delivered to the costumer, nondestructive testing (NDT) and pressure testing are performed to ensure no fracture and leaks are presented.
