Exh. Valve and Seat Recondition
The original measurement of the exhaust valve may be reduced and valve’s angle may shift due to metal burn and corrosion. Recondition may be necessary if valve sit has fracture or defect, valve’s bottom surface has fracture or metal erosion, and valve stem has wear etc.. We equipped with high quality welding machines and special machinery in our repair work shop. We use the most appropriate and high-quality stainless steel electrodes. We perform suitable heat treatment for the material. Nondestructive testing (NDT) is performed before and after repairs.
