Cylinder Cover, Water Chamber and Cover Ring Recondition
The water chamber and the cover rings are contained within various types of engines. These component’s specified dimensions start to change and leakage can occurred by various forces. In these cases we first perform pre-inspection than mechanical and chemical cleaning if necessary. After this step the material is heat treated and welded with appropriate electrode. Than we machine and grind welded material to match the original specifications. After appropriate testing we deliver the item to the customer.
