Our worm screw and gear manufacturing ranges from 0.5 modules up to 16 modules (or equivalent DP) and max diameter 2000 mm.
The materials we use in the manufacture of the worm screw and wheel are as follows without being limited to the list below;

Crack test is applied to all gears against internal and superficial cracks..
